It will be important that you know every detail about every experience that your company offers.

The key to being a great customer rep is to make sure that your customer is satisfied from the first inquiry regarding the experience, the booking of the experience and the completion of the experience. It will be important to you to know that each of the customers that you have represented have enjoyed their experience to the fullest. It may be the deciding factor in them choosing another experience to participate in for the future or to recommend your services to others that they know who looking for exciting experiences. Being knowledgeable, personable and friendly will take you a long way in this career.
