You'll have lots of chances to try again and you'll have many, many more tests in your college career. Keep things in proportion and you're less likely to become overwhelmed.

Stay Calm

When it comes time to actually take the test, take a deep breath. Keep calm and remember that you are ready for this. You studied hard and asked lots of questions and are well prepared to do well on the test. Don't let a tough question psyche you out. If you don't know an answer, skip the question and come back to it later.

Test taking can be a struggle. Many people stress and worry up until the test day arrives, and then worry throughout the test. However, if you do your part to be prepared and then stay calm during your test, you won't fall victim to these common test-taking problems.
