This technique involves, choosing one item from your daily task sheet. You should work on only this item for a set length of time, take a break, and then work on the item again. Repeat this process until the item is complete. You should aim to accomplish 25 minutes of pure work followed by 5 minutes of break. Repeat this cycle four times and then take a 30 minute break. Complete many cycles as necessary to complete your work. Focus only on the work for 25 minutes. Within a due course of time, you would realize that this has turned into a habit and you are able to complete large volumes of work effectively without stressing.
4. You should reward yourself appropriately when you reach each of your goals
